Most Canadians, well males anyway, drink a lot of canadian whisky.
My favorite is Crown Royal. Real smooth stuff. People who are used to US bourbon or the like may not care for it, but besides beer, it is easily my fav drink.

Yeah I am always interested in local tastes... how they can differ so much from place to place. We don't get Crown Royal down here (that I know of) but we do get Canadian Club. I am not a big bourbon drinker. You know there's some stuff you can drink all night, get loaded but you still have some sort of stability about you, and there's other stuff if you drink it, it fucks you up? Bourbon fucks me up for whatever reason

A week off? Man, I'm always happy to get two days off in a row. Which I have this weekend. Big pool party Saturday and probably recovery on the beach on Sunday.

I haven't had a chance to catch up enough to tell anyone what I've been up to lately... but I did manage to find my way to EPCOT at Disney in Orlando. We did that around the world thing and stumbled upon Canada. Is there like some major thing with totem poles going on in Canada???

Also, we got to watch a video about Canda. It was cool cuz it was broadcast in 360 degrees. I felt like i was in Canada... except for the thing on the screen at the beginning which read that it was from 1982.

I see you used EPCOT as the educational experience it was meant to be. You might enjoy Busch Gardens in Tampa-an amusement park and a brewery tour. All kidding aside, they have some of the best roller coasters in the world in Busch Gardens. Google it and you'll see exactly what I mean.

actually, EPCOT (and disney in general for that matter) was more of a detour experience on our trip to Florida. There was a lot more I wanted to see... especially at EPCOT, but we were only in Disney for a total of 4 days, two of which were travel days. We really wanted to see the around the world thing and check out what the different areas had to offer. Surprisingly, I didn't have a single alcoholic drink during my entire trip to Florida... nor did I on the return trip. Seriously, though, I just thought it'd be neat to try the Kokane beer if they had it.

We were excited to see all the future stuff there, but supposedly they were doing some work on that exhibit and we were unable to do any of that. Oh, well. I did manage to strike up a cleavage-eriffic conversation with a girl from France... and the wife was standing next to me the whole time thinking I was really interested in whatever half-hearted attempt at conversation I was performing.
