Well, if it's not against the law to shove a camera up someone's ass for taking pictures on a nude beach, that's probably what would happen.

I don't think there is any law against it in public you are fair game especially in that case.

Public beach means...public... be prepared to have your pic taken it happens and have to say that i am quilty of it myself with the wife stratigically placed in the pic lol...private beach is another story ass maybe whooped for pic taking there

Wow, I almost fell out of my chair laughing at the thought of being called a "pervert" on a site called "RateMyMelons". On the Disney site, this kind of comment might hurt, but here???

In defense of myself, I want to state the following:

1. Lynette created a thread about topless beaches, stating her support, and commenting on the conservatism of the USA.

2. I replied that I was in favor of NUDE beaches, but that I thought that Lynette was kind of conservative herself. At least in a relative sense.

3. I stated this after noticing that all of Lynette's pictures show her on a topless beach, not the clothing-optional beaches. How is it that one photo of her sojourn onto a nude beach didn't somehow slip in?

4. Lynette interpreted that as me requesting "explicit" photos of her. I did NOT do that. There are plenty of nude beach photos out there where a person is naked, but no genitals or pubic hair are seen. In fact, I posted an example on a thread that I started. Is Lynette so unimaginative that she thinks the only photo beyond topless is a spread-eagle, gyno shot???

5. Now, the photos I have seen on Lynette's profile are from the shoulders to the waist. I have never seen a photo of her lower thighs, knees, ankles, or feet. Not even a belly button. While the 25% of Lynette that is on display in her photos is attractive, it is a strangely selective range of shots that she has in her profile.

6. So, in conclusion, Lynette has done nothing to refute me, but has resorted to namecalling. And after studying this issue further in defense of myself, she is more conservative and reactionary than I originally thought.

Toner I don't think in any american beach sex would be ok I don't know about other countries but that changes things to a whole new level so I would go against it.

The law is not necessarily on your side if you take photos without permission on a nude beach. A new federal law went into effect which makes it illegal to take voyeur photos (upskirt, through-the-window, changing-room or intrusive beach shots) on Federal property. Gunnison Beach, a hugely popular nude beach in NJ is federal land. Conceivably, you could be a LOT of trouble for taking naked photos/video there without people's permission.

Also, on well-known clothing-optional beaches, you run a distinct risk of having your equipment destroyed. That's because the regulars there watch for this stuff. They will gang up on a guy and throw his camera into the water. I saw a nudist standing over a voyeur guy, with a camcorder that had all the tape pulled out of it. At first, I thought, what is all the interesting shiny material on the ground? Then, with all the yelling, I realized the nudist had caught the guy in the act.

I wasn't peeking through the windows because I thought they were all fish tanks.

Well now you know so when I am changing on the stairs I expect to see a pair of beedy eyes looking in.

Diane, I don't know if you're familiar with ratemyrack.com, but it reminds me of the good ol days (up to four years ago) there with a guy named Geoff. Perhaps Sweetandsexy (she and her daughter both used to hang out there) will remember him. He and I would spar like this continuously. It's fun in some respects to bait guys into exposing their egos, and I know I have a habit if insighting these exchanges for fun and just to see how seriously some people on the discussion boards take all this stuff. It always amazes me how people will take what I (or anyone else) will say so seriously. I believe these boards are here for fun and entertainment. And, for the most part they ARE very entertaining. But I don't think anything was exposed with Issac, he isn't into mind games and manipulation like some of us woman can have fun doing. Toplessness has been thoroughly explored in this thread. But I'll kick in my humble opinion: count me among those who think toplessness at American beaches is long overdue.
I view it as something quite natural. A woman should be able to uncover herself as much as a man, it only seems fair and equal treatment.. A top or a large one- piece bathing suit is just too clumsy and old-fashioned. I am looking forward to the day when American women just start doing it.
