it's called an "avatar"... to add one, click on "my controls" up near the top of the page (right below the "free porn" link)... then on the next screen go down to "edit avatar settings"... it will tell you the restrictions on the file type/size you can have... and you just upload it there like any pic you would post... let me know if you need more help

Yes, and I just use photoelf. It just asks you what size you want the pic (about 7 standard sizes) and you pick the largest one that will work. 800x something?
