Whoever's tits those are swinging under every post have been swinging long before I joined RMM. I have no idea who they belong to or if any permission was asked or granted.

Secondly, pictures can be taken down independently using the edit button. Notice on the post you quoted that the picture is gone from my post but still up in hers. And I plead guilty to the oversight of leaving it up as long as it was. It's probably the only repost I've done, and I didn't realize I'd done it until after you pointed it out. If you think it's okay to "save" pictures and then repost them, be my guest. If everyone else is okay with it, I guess I'll just be the odd man out.

I did post some pics of members I don't know. But most of the pictures had to be recent, since I have only been a member for about 2 months at the most.

I think if you had though out the consquences of reposting you would have started the second thread (A good one) and skipped the first.

I agree with some of your thoughts, but as was said, no rules were being broken. As you know, I have since taken down the posts and am hoping the second thread will "Catch Fire" with the ladies especially.

I dont share or re-post pics myself, and many PM pics I receive are sent with the understanding that they are only for me. Phil, I wasnt implying you were posting pics without permission etc. I have been around here a bit and have seen threads in the past were someone posted someonelse's pic and people got a bit angered about it.

As for the avatars etc. Freak, the site owner, has already asked that if a lady sends a personalized pic to you, dont use it in your avatar, but post it in your 411 and link it in your sig. The tits swaying in the boards are built into the site.

While I understand "public domain" and all the legalese, and find Paris Hilton's video a completely different topic, MY main point was your statement that you had more pics of Kiki "for anyone that wanted them".

IF someone is giving permission, it should be stated. And I don't mean to be "harsh". But, several of the women have mentioned reluctance to continue posting/shyness about posting/fear or uneasiness or confidence with posting/etc. It appears the folks managing this site are pretty vigilant about people posting from other sites and/or other media. I would assume anything posted here that gets "pirated" elsewhere would be dealt with in a similar fashion. THAT is what helps instill confidence for some posters.

Sort of like the banking/financial crisis in the US circa 1988-1992, when FIRREA changed the reserve requirements for "thrift" institutions, putting many out of business with a mere journal entry. When FDIC started paying out on deposits in excess of the statutory $100,000 limit, many people screamed loud and long about the statutory limit. The response from FDIC and RTC (Resolution Trust Corp.)? "It would ruin the confidence in our financial structure!" (BTW, they already "ruined" it when they had S & Ls buying up other S & Ls on the precept that taking over deposits could be "booked" as "goodwill", which they subsequently obliterated on a whim).

Same here: if people are confident posting here but folks, in spite of a "community" feel, start to go on about "public domain" and "fair use", or worse, using someone else's "wrong" to make everything else "right", it destroys the confidence many feel here, and ONLY here.
