I think cute can still mean sexy but that is just me!!

Sometimes I use it to mean both... though typically, if I'm referring to a woman as being "cute", it's kind of like a way of saying she's beautiful, with an innocent, or perhaps cheeky, charm for good measure.

There were a great many times when I accused my ex of being cute (particularly when she was wrinkling up her nose and giggling at me), and more still for my lady-friend of more recent times (see the internet attachment thread for details), but it's definately meant a lot more than someone simple being "doable".

If anything, "Cute" is more of a "keepable" than a "doable" statement, as far as I'm concearned.

Definition of Cute-- attractive or pretty especially in a dainty or delicate way .If I dont like someone they wont get any compliment at all,why B.S. them? If I see an ugly baby I wont say that kid is cute I will say that kid got a head like a coconut.I guess if your an honest guy people know you mean what you say.I think a woman would question what a guy is telling them when they dont trust the guy.

Cute is like "perky" and not in the boobs-sense. Cute is like the high-school cheerleader. Woman want to be gorgeous. But I also believe, as proven on this thread, that cute has different definitions for men v. women.

For me to say a guy is cute means he is good looking and has something about him, someone I can be in a long term relationship with.

I think if a guy tells you to your face that your cute it's not that huge a compliment but if he tells one of his friends then he likes her and she's doable. At least that's what I've gathered from watching the guys at the bar and observing my husband.

I think cute is good. The opposite of cute is "She has a good personality." Doable is a lesser standard than cute. If you're cute, you're cute. Doable can change with alcohol & desperation.

To me cute is a very good thing, but its really hard to describe, its that kinda of bubbly cheeky look about a girl, like a certain cheeky glint in the eye, doesnt really cover it, but its as near a description as i can manage after this much beer

I don't drink at all. I'd rather go for a run or shoot hoops if I have any spare time, which I rarely do. When I'm here on this site, I'm actually working at the same time. It's 7am on Sunday and I'm already in my office, I wouldn't be able to do that if I was hungover or tired. Gotta stay sharp to keep ahead of you feisty ladies.
