I don't usually think of cute as something you would use to describe an adult woman. I think of an idealized doll or something.

I know I hated being called CUTE in HS and early college. That meant the girl thought I was 'like a brother to her' or 'Such a good friend' ie.... Not getting anywhere with me.

I certainly don't use it to ean that to ladies! But I do use it that way to mean something like that for kids or old ladies lol

so we have pretty much established that when most men on this site refer to a woman as "cute" they are making a compliment, but most of the women here are still unsure if "cute" is truely a compliment...right?

It is a difficult question because in my opinion the adjective carries different weight for different people.

I understand how a woman can take it as less than a compliment when being told she is "cute" or "real cute" or "very cute", but when I use the word it is ONLY meant to be taken as a compliment. It is common knowledge that I pretty much lust after all of the ladies on this site - but that's primarily because I love tits and always want to have sex with the owner.

For me, I guess my best example is
Alyson Hannigan is cute....
Charlize Theron is beautiful/gorgeous
BOTH women are SEXY and can illicit extremely lust filled feelings.....

Why do you think they wear sexy clothing for...but to be admired both as women and as people. I never really could look right into a woman's eyes until I started dancing. Then it is almost required. And of course, good "peripheral vision" makes the experience all the mor pleasant!
