Adobe Photoshop news
The last several days, Adobe has seen mass cancellations in its service to use Photoshop, (and other editing services). It turns out, somebody took a little time to read the new "Terms Of Service" Adobe put out, and discovered that Adobe made some changes that:
- made a world-wide clause, meaning everybody in any nation
- allow them to use ALL of your artwork that you create, as Adobe sees fit
- allows them to save, review and monitor ALL of the photos you edit
- ...basically says, "we own ALL and ANY artwork you create using our software.
So that hit a huge nerve with people into the arts and businesses in regards to their rights to privacy and exclusive copyright. So professionals and stupid amateurs alike have abandoned Adobe Photoshop and are scrambling to use other photo editing software.
What does this mean for RMM? We may see a break in some of the higher quality fakes, as Photoshop utilized a nice AI fill-in feature that was smooth. So while our fakers take a hiatus to learn new software, the number of decent looking fakes will fade away. (notwithstanding older hacked versions of Photoshop available on TOR)
It should definitely reduce the accounts posting fake pics. But would adobe really want those?
Just need to cut down on fake accounts now. Or accounts being idiots. Or accounts asking for money.
