I love to dance since I was a kid just love it I just got the box set also of the cardio and my personal trainer was telling me she used to teach pole dancing in Vegas and that it gived you a killer workout I was thinking of finding out if we have any local places that do that most are in Seattle and I dont want to go there.

i'm tottally not into the stripper as a job type deal. And the cardio workout tape didn't do to much for me. Maybe a little extra stretchin here and there but i also didn't take carmen very seriously.

I've got to do some serious intense cardiovascular and lifting to feel the pain. I teach P.E. so i'm on my feet working out all day long!

I could never be a stripper either dont have the nerve but I know the workouts are good for tonning. Pilates is my fav I got into that every day but than hurt my knee and fell off the wagon finally back on track again. Havent started the Carmen one yet cause my dog had puppies this week so they are taking up my living room. My PT has me doing Weight Training and the eliptical machine and I have done really well with my diet as far as what I am eating that is my goal is april when I go to vegas so basically doing whatever to get there that is healthy.

tanlines can be good although I personally like better with none. Butthere are mixed feeling with hott. What I like is that she has (or had ) tanlines on the bottoms but not up top, so it makes one think she tans topless outside, which is ummm hott.
