ARGH!!! there's an ep where Lisa is criticizing somebody for something or something like that. she then brings up something about slogans and how she wouldn't stoop to that level or something like that. There's then a montage of different characters doing their thing, like bart says don't have a cow man, marge grumbles, homer D'ohs, barney burps, Ned said okily dokily and all that other stuff. Can't find it. referencing that would be the perfect response to all this, but I can't figure it out.

thanks for your help. I had a feeling it was that one, but I just couldn't remember what he kept saying in that ep. major brain fart. But that's what happens when every time you start something (like a search for such a quote) the phone rings or a customer comes in or someone is bugging you about something.

Bit-o-trivia...

They wanted a red stapler for the movie, but swingline didnt' make one. So they just got a regular color and took it to a body shop to have it painted for the movie. There were so many requests for the stapler that swingline decided to make one. You can only get it online... at least that was the case when i got mine.

no, in the show the theorum is incorrect. It doesn't talk about the hypotenuse at all. In other words, it's not any two sides, it's the two sides that are not the hypotenuse. and it's not the square root, but the square.

At least I think so, it's been a while since math class. If it weren't for cecil, I'd never look that shit up anyway. Now, I could be wrong if Bondi quoted it wrong from the show, but I'd believe the show made a mistake bofore I believed that bondi misquoted the show.
