Hi! I was trying to log in to RMM after some time away from it, but I forgot my username and password.
I tried the recover password functionality using my email address, the site says it successfully sent details to my mail but those details never arrived. I checked my spam folder, nothing there either.
I tried contacting RMM using the contact form on the website but I’m not getting an answer there either.

The account I’m using for this post is an extra account I made just to get help

Same thing has happened to me. I don’t think these message boards are moderated anymore.

It's moderated but not every day 24/7 smile.gif
