Hey, please don't get upset with me if this isn't where I should make this post. But I am unable to log into my account, Southern_Belle. I get incorrect password when I have no changed the password and when I try and have password sent I get an error on the page.

Is there anyway a MOD can have my password set back to my orginal one?

I am also unable to 'contact' where you put problems you're having in the box thing, it gives me an error there too.

I have a lot of messages that need answered tongue.gif

If there is anyone who will read this who can help me out, I'd much appreciate it smile.gif

Thanks

Can you retrieve your password from the "lost password" button?
Southern_Belle2
No, I get an error when I try to do that too. Just a string of words and letters come up on my screen.

Try clearing all the cache'd files in your browser.

How do you do that?

Delete the temporary internet files

Have you tried using a different web browser? Aside from Internet Explorer, try Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome.....see if you can login using one of those browsers.

You might be able to get around the garbage on the screen from the lost password retrieval if you clear the temp files. Does that work for you?

I have the same problem most of the time signing into this site. It usually takes 2 minutes for me to finally get signed in.I dont have any idea why but its usually worth the trouble . love-smiley-085.gif

Michelle,

This has happened to others...(Closeup 1-8, Skullzombie, and Busto aka Bustobabe.) The Mods ussually can't help you. You should send a PM to Johnfreak, the site owner.

Oh, and just for the record, this thread should have been started in theSite Help And Information conference. Bend over and take your punishment. smilio12.gif smilio12.gif smilio12.gif

Yeah, I was pretty sure this wasn't the right place but I couldn't find it....sad.gif

So I wonder if there is a way they can move the pictures I've posted and junk to this account? I'd have to have to put them up again.

I did message johnfreak, maybe he can help me smile.gif
