QUOTE(natalie @ Jan 12 2007, 06:51 PM) I wish I knew how to take one of my e-mails and link it here. It's a funny bud light ad with Cedric the entertainer acting as a wingman. Just give us your email webserver, login name, and password.

QUOTE(bondiguy @ Jan 12 2007, 04:44 PM) By the way mate, i know I have said it before but Kokanee fucking rocks!!! I bought a case last weekend and it fucking tastes as good after 10 as the first one! The only thing I dont like is the name. Go into a liquor store in Aus to ask if they sell Kokanee and they look at u weird if they dont know what it is :P to me Kokanee sounds like an Australian word  QUOTE(natalie @ Jan 12 2007, 04:47 PM) I know it's named after the glaciers or mountains or something but what does Kokanee mean? Gnappy? It is brewed with water from the Kokanee Glacier I think. What Kokanee means? I have no idea. Probably an aboriginal word from the west coast. QUOTE(bondiguy @ Jan 12 2007, 04:49 PM) To me, it means damn nice beer

How much would it cost for a carton/case/box of 24 bottles there, and does it come in cans at all?

It comes in bottles and cans here...bottles are more popular. You can get it in 6,12,15,18, or 24 packs. 12 and 18 packs are most popular. 12 would run you 18-19 dollars, 18 would be about 24 bucks, and 24 beer would set you back around 34 dollars.

I'm not really sure. Maybe it's purely nostalgic. I also love drinking beer out of a chilled mug. Since I've been making my own beer, I've been drinking it this way as you should pour home brewed beer into a mug first so as to leave the bit of sediment/yeast behind. Beer in cans isn't as popular here but it's catching on more. I detect a bit of metallic taste in beer from cans, probably cuz I'm not used to it. But canned beer out of a cooler of ice can't be beat! Canned beer is also good for camping/fishing trips etc. because it's easier to transport and you can crush the empties. Beer out of plastic bottles is my least favourite. I don't know what it is, but something just doesn't taste right about it. But if it's free I'll drink most any kind of beer.

It's probably the most popular beer here but pretty much no one else in country drinks it. I don't think you can even get it west of Manitoba anymore. It's not my favourite but I can't drink a few.

so it's january and I know you have a big bday coming up. I'm just wondering what day your birthday is so I know when you start calling you an old fart. Or I could just treat you like CM and wish you happy birthday every day of the year.

It'll show up on "Today's Birthdays", and I don't want to spoil it by giving the date, but it isn't tomorrow, or the day after even and it's before the weekend, but that's as much info as I'm spilling!

There are pros and cons for both which u have spelt out. Glass bottled beer tastes the most crisp and clean, so i like it. Cans are fucking great on a warm day like today (It is close to 40C here today) as they get really cold and are great to drink Plastic bottles (Used at some sporting and outdoor music events) should be banned for crimes against beer. It tastes like shit QUOTE(Gnappster @ Jan 16 2007, 01:12 PM) That bastard! But in checking my myspace I see Kiana dropped by. I knew a girl would show up eventually! Haha I noticed that too!

How about naked boob advertising? I have a pic with nothing on but some labels torn off beer bottles placed on my nipples. Not sure if I have a pic big enough... I don't know if Kokanee has as sticky labels as Bud, but this could work. And it's fun to get them to stick. :)
