haha, I only wore the tuque while driving to play dodgeball

QUOTE(Puppet @ Feb 17 2007, 06:50 AM)
More like playing pocket pool wearing one Jorks many thongs!
*

how do you know about jork's many thongs? but you're bang on the money about the pocket pool

I think I mentioned it, but I went to a training seminar in Calgary last Thurs and Fri. But in all your defences, even I don't read my posts.
It was OK, but the drive sucked and was kinda borning. But I drank pretty much all the way up and back so that helped.
Then Saturday and Sunday I was busy and Monday was a holiday here so I was MIA again. The I come back Tuesday and have to try and catch up on about 6000 posts. I'm reading every thread but if I try and post in every one (like usual) I'll be here til St. Swithen's Day

It was OK. My boss is really high strung so he talks non stop morning to night so it can get a little much. So I went down to the fitness room one night to go for a run on the treadmill, but also just for some peace and quiet. But he decided to come too. He just pissed around with the weights but talked the entire time anyway. I was running hard and it wa hot in there so I was just concentrating on what I was doing, and he asking me questions non stop. I felt like telling him to STFU for a second but I refrained.
And about the road head...I had a cold sore this time.

I can see where that would be extremely irritating. i hate when people are so invasive like that (uh-oh, burn potential). And he probably couldnt' even give a shit about what you have to see. He just sees you as another audience to talk to about himself and his concerns. drives me F-ing nuts. My mother-in-law is the exact same way.

And whodda thought a cold sore could come in handy?

That's a perfect summary of my thoughts. I pretty much don't start any conversations or discuss much of any part of my life, cuz he usually just ends turning it around into his own conversation about his own experience or he tells you the way it should be done whether he has any real knowledge of the subject or not. He's a nice guy and all, just the way he is.

Was when Bart broke his leg and he was reading his play to Lisa until she agreed to go into Flanders house and investigate the screaming he had heard!

I was listening to the radio last year and he announced it was St. Swithen's Day. I think I was about the only person to have ever heard of that, all thanks to zinc! I mean the Simpsons.
