Yes at the military hospitals they view every thing as a training exp so when anything is wrong with you they call in the whole fleet to come check it out.

I had my first son at the naval hospital and all kinds of folks were coming in and out. Even some sweaty man out for a jog stopped in while I was contracting and I drew the line and lost it on them.
