I've been awake now for about 20 hours (bar a half hour nap), worked one hell of a cunt of a day (8 hours) but can't get to sleep. I'm not really even tired anymore. I'm not sure if it's the joy of having four days off over the Zombie Jesus weekend, or just the severe dose of caffiene I've had after a two day drought.

If anyone has some tips to help me get to sleep, I'd really love the help.

Oh - and don't say lay off the caffiene - it usually helps me get to sleep.

A good stiff drink usually helps me get to sleep..but then i wake up with a hangover.... confused-smiley-013.gif
