HELLO EVERYONE!!!!! I guess this is the place I tell you alittle about me!! So well I'm a store manager of Abercrombie & Fitch so naturally I love to shop!!! As most of you on here I love to take pics of myself and I love for people to look at them I guess thats why we are all here :P I also like to wakeboard and work out from time to time!! well i guess thats all for now if you wanna know anything else just ask!!! check you out later!!!

Gellatin is needed for strong healthy nails. Jell-O is an obvious great source. There are also some polish glue-like substances that you can paint onto the nails.

what do i do just mix it with water and soak my fingers in it??? and will it not turn my fingers colors??

No, you have to ingest gelatine. I seem to remember seeing it as an herbal type supplement in the pharmacy as well.

mine were just like that to so went out and got this nail stuff called THICKEN UP stengthening nail thickener by Sally Hansen. It does work Its the best out of all the stuff I had tryed in the past. that should help you. :)

This may be an old wives tale but I heard semen makes your hair and nails strong! haha

Seriously though try getting acrylics for a while to boost the strength of your nails, my girl does it all the time

Don't know about semen being good for nails, but I operated lathes for 13 years! the coolant used in the machines was brilliant for strengthening nails!!!
