My areolas change from quite narrow and hard to the touch to proper flat dilated 1 1/2 inch and quite flat (with the milk duct holes)... temperature... if i am aroused and time of the month makes then change..

They change within minutes (sometimes just one will change lol) and just wondered if anyone else had experienced this or indeed if ladies also can do this.

Will catch a few pics of them fully dilated soon so you can see for yourselves.

Hi Shell, this pic was taken just as I was getting out of some cool water. But, it was the wind that caused what you see, however they still aren't as hard as they usually get. Do yours ever get so hard they actually hurt?

mine are quite big...they dont seem to go hard very often, only my nipples get hard. but they go all wrinkled when its cold lol
