To answer the question, your boobs seem fine, pretty, symmetrical, nice size, but if you want surgery, get it if it will make you more confident about yourself. Only you know your own body, and advice on your body from strangers on a board who love boobs probably won't get you the unbiased advice you want.

Unless, you wanted a confidence boost and for guys to say you are perfect as you are...nothing wrong with that, and I am sure in that case you'll find what you are looking for. ;)
