I've got three titanium screws in my elbow. I broke it falling off a moving ramp in 2000. It seems fine but every now and then it aches.

When I came off I knew straight away something was wrong and I drove my fucking self to the hospital, my wife met me there and every step from the carpark to the front door was agony.

I had x rays and the doctor told me I had bruised the joint and it'll be fine in 3 days. I felt like a pussy, I was in so much pain over some bruising?

Obviously it did not get better and on the 4th day I went to my regular GP who sent me for some further scans and it came up as a fracture through 40% of the bone... ouch!

Gotta love when you "suddenly" get a collapsed lung and the docs have to insert a chest tube to "re-inflate" it...Whoo Hoo!!! Good Times!!!!

That's crazy something like that happen to me when I was a teenager! I wanted to be a stuntman so I did a lot of bike jumping and once jumped a ramp that was three tires high and mest up my hip! I complained for weeks and my dad said your faking it you just don't want to go to school! About a month later the school nurse called my dad an told him she was tired of seeing me in her office an if they didn't take me to a doctor she would report him to cps and that night he took me to the er and the next day I had hip surgery! Doc said the joint conecting my leg an hip was coming apart! ended up spending my 16th bday in the hospital!

No I wasn't that lucky instead I had a room full of students asking all kinds of questions! Like when my pubic hair started comming in ! Lol! But I have had a coulpe more close calls since then ! A couple months ago I flipped a side by side 4 times an we rolled over 140 Ft an all I did was break my nose and cut my face between my eye an the pasenger had two skull fractures ! And now I got a nice scare on my face ! I think I might make it my profile pic!
