QUOTE(bondiguy @ Jul 31 2006, 12:27 AM) I dont know I have seen it? Probably not, little bit of research that I did trying to find a quote said that it hasn't aired in the U.K. or Aus. yet. It's the last episode of 17th season.

Wow, you would think with all of the technilogical advances that have been made the turn over wouldn't be much more than a month or so. But I guess there is the seasonal differences that might help postpone. In the states most television seasons run from fall to spring (September to around May).

We get the same season as you guys with shows like Simpsons, Lost etc but we behind because Nov through Dec is Non Ratings period over the summer here so the networks put on all the crap that doesn't rate but they were made to purchase in package deals like 2 1/2 men etc

When Simpson's first came out I lived in town that didn't have FOX broadcast in the area so it took a few years (maybe 3rd or 4th season) before I got to see it.

I guess it's only fitting that a former Simpsons writer would have such comedic genius. QUOTE(bondiguy @ Aug 7 2006, 10:59 PM) It's just on TV so much, both new shows and re runs there is almost no point au contraire. You'd be surprised how much stuff is cut out whne it airs in syndication. Plus you turn the director's commentary and turn on the subtitles and it's like watching it with people who are even more into it than you are. plus I got mine from the library and burnt them as I am a cheap bastard and enjoy sticking it to the man.

I was ashamed when they showed that invitation video :o it was terrible!!! But I hope there was some great stuff from North Finland :) (and by the way, Santa Claus lives in Korvatunturi not in some freaking North Pole...)
