Actually I was mixing metaphors. The Uffizi Gallery in Firenze, Italy is the home of Botticelli's "Birth of Venus." The Uffizi is just a few blocks from The Galleria dell' Accademia which owns Michelangelo's David. The same copy of David cost me about 2 euro from a shop near by. Unfortunately the shell dish I was using was a bit too big for the miniature David. The proportions are off which makes David look like a whimp. :lol:
