Anyway Yes I am a fan of yours and I love looking at your pics:)

My PT has me doing Weight Training and the eliptical machine and I have done really well with my diet as far as what I am eating that is my goal is april when I go to vegas so basically doing whatever to get there that is healthy. Didnt mean to go on and on, I wondered what it was you teached. What age group?
