Yeah.. my tattoo is visible all summer when I live in tank tops and my swimsuit. I think the most important part for me was to have it in a place where I could cover it up for work since some employers are still really strict about tattoos.

I think that the more you think about it the better... that way when you get it it is something that you absolutely love. Just beware... I swear once you get the first one you'll be thinking about where to put the next one :P



I don't know too many people that have gone to get a tattoo to make them more attractive. It definetly was more of a personal thing for me... I did get an unexpected benefit though when my boyfriend and I were having sex and he asked me to turn around so my back was to him... found out that the tattoo really turned him on for some reason :D :P

I totally agree with your in cases like yours. your tattoo is something that means something to you and ther'es a reason for it. I know a lot of girls who'll get a tattoo as an impulse thing and it's just for the attention... at least, that's what they tell me after the novelty has worn off. And I'm not saying that's all cases, of course.
