I explained this in my introductory thread here but I really love bigger breasts C and up that are somewhat firm. (Saggy is ok too!) Areola should be biggish with nice pointy nipples. The breasts should still be supple to my touch as well.

So this might rule out fake breasts for me. (then again never had experience with em) Heck, I just like to look and touch a great pair of breasts. It brings happiness to me. I truly appreciate the smaller things in life :)

well now i have saline and going to silicone the saline kind of feels like a water ballon and the silicone feels a little more natural my friend in some of my pix has silicone and trust me they feel good :eatme:

well I looked it up and on November 16, 2006 the FDA lifted a 14 yr moratorium on silicone implants .. So ya no problem as long as there over the age of 22 , So I stand corrected .. they will now be a silicone Gel Implant . So good luck to ya .. hope to see the final product .

DDD35 is right now anyone can get silicone. you pretty much always have been just had to have the right doc.
