For me? I'm on day 4 of my "diet".
Here's what I've been eating for 4 days:
1/2 cup oatmeal
6 egg whites
boiled chicken
broiled talapia.....
water, black coffee.
Tomorrow I cut all carbs for the most of the day, then cut all water and do a carb load tomorrow night.......
Yes I'm being chicky, but I want to see how 'ripped' I can get
