recieved email notification of a personal message, but for some reason the message didnt exist when i checked my messenger inbox, any ideas what this is all about, i thought maybe someone else had managed to access my account and delete the message or something before id seen it????
i only saw the email today and the PM was recieved on sunday the 26th of feb. i can supply other information if it will help, thanks.

I think it's just a bug. It happens to me all the time too. I really dont think anybody is checking them and deleting them but we'll see what John says.

happens when you click a link to message that exists but to a different account than you are logged into.

me either...Why would I get a notification for a pm to a different account? This is the only account I have here.

Maybe this guy has 2 accounts and is set to be rememberd on one so when he comes he is is looged into the other account instead not the one with the pm

Well that makes sense for him but the same thing happens to me too and I only have this account. Although, i'm not really concerned with it like he is.
