I recently got the Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease DVD set and let me tell you IT'S FABULOUS!!!!!!

If you're finding it hard to stick to the gym, or those typical old routine boring workout tapes... then you owe it to yourself to try this one - seriously!

Personally, I have a hard time sticking to workout routines if they aren't fun. BUt if you like to dance, being sexy (which I KNOW MOST OF YOU DO - you're on this site right? lol), and having a blast all while keeping fit -buy this!

It will certainly get your hearrate going... and that of whomever is watching you do the routines :P

after describing that, sussed HAS to post some pics of her working out.

I tried the carmen electra aerobic striptease workout, but no one at the gym found it sexy AT ALL. Maybe I was doing it wrong. I guess I'll just stick to Crossfit (www.crossfit.com). :unsure:

i'm totally about buying this dvd set...i heard it was great. What kinds of equipment do you need for it, cause unfortunetly i don't have a built in pole in this house. The last one yes... ;)

I'm buying it as we speak! Nothing like this babes hot bod to convince us we all should be workin out and i don't mean carmen electra! kisses.

I ordered this box set on Dec. 9 th still dont have it contacted Overstock first time ever had something happen wrong with them anyway they have to put a tracer on it than will ship another one.

I have the other ones like this but I want to try Carmens Version. I LOVE to dance so I know I will like it.

Hey Hott, I have a built in pole you can use to do your excercises on and you won't even need to lay out $29.95 to use it. It's yours for as long as you want.
