Seen several pics that are not the poster. Several obvious ones too. How do we handle obvious fakers and web pic posters?

Yes, just NOT RATE, and move on.

It's not fair to the ladies that are genuinely posting themselves, then a faker comes along and posts Kelly Madison all month long.

I’ve been giving them “1’s” so far. Today I simply asked why bother in one of the comments.

And I agree with you it’s just crap to disrespect the kind ladies that post theirs here with a bunch of junk someone found on the Internet
