I am thinking of getting one that would have a heart right in the middle of my shoulder blades on the top of my back. Sprouting from the heart would be angel wings and when I do eventually have kids their names will be tattooed inside the heart

Depending on where you live, I would visit the shops, see the kind of work they do, here in So. CA there are a lot of very talented tattoists, who could take interests, or ideas (like Bondi's heart with wings), and design it with you. I think these are best (my son has his kid's names as bands on his upper arms, looks like tribal until you study it)
