What message do you get when you try to load a pic and it fails? The most common one is that the pic is too large... i.e. it takes up too much memmory. That usually is because the pic you are loading is bitmapped. The name of the pic file ends ".bmp." The easiest way to decrease the file size is to change the file to a "jpeg" file which ends in ".jpg". Some picture managers will let you change the file type easily and some won't. I normally use Paint to change the name of my file. I hope this helps.
