A few items;
* The number one complaint with matchmaker agencies is that the women are ultra picky, they are hung up on looks overlooking character and personality. Quite often I hear women say "I want a cute guy" or "I want a good looking guy" On that merit, it is only fair for guys to suggest a girl with pretty boobs. "I want a girl with pretty boobs", or "I want a girl with beautiful big boobs".
* Every now and then I hear a woman say, "well, you can't afford me". As though they are Anna Nicole Smith testifying on the bench "It's expensive being me" trying to justify a ten thousand dollar a week shopping spree life. The truth of the matter is this, I don't need to afford you. Do you not know silly girl, that there are women, much younger, much more youthful looking that are 8's, 9's and perfect 10's in Ukraine, Russia, Czech, Romania, Japan, that would be simply happy to go to the grocery store with me, enjoy dinner at my place and be completely satisfied with the genuine interest in them and listen to their conversation? If I'm going to afford anything, it's my time and money with them!
* I attend private car enthusiasts coffee meets that always entail high end sports cars. One owner began to talk about his dislike for fake cars such as the kit-car Countach and Diablo. I stood there in disbelief, looking at his wife adorning a huge rack of fake tits. Did this guy actually know what he was saying?
* I can't prove it with scientific data, but there seems to be a correlation with increased upright, rude people and the amount of Starbucks that have popped up in recent years.
* Mtv isn't anymore. I got to YouTube to watch my music videos.

QUOTE(ddd35 @ Dec 15 2010, 01:34 PM) well this is intersting A friend of mine did seriously hit a dog last night did probably 3000 damage to his truck , he is sick about killing the dog but he didnt stop becuase 1. it was fucking cold out and 2. there was no lights on in the house 3. because he called his nephew the state patrolmen and he told him its the owners job to keep the dog off the road and actually its the dog owners responsibility to pay to fix the vehicle , but he felt so bad about the dog that he didnt want to make the owner pay for his truck . however the state police was there this morning and wrote up a report and most likely his insurance company will go after the owner of the dog for at least half the repairs . Not saying its right but at times things are not as they appear . we used to have cattle out and one night we had 2 cars hit and kill 6 cows , we paid for both there vehicles and we lost $6000 in cattle . Its a strange world we live in . my neighbor saw it and said the vehicle was driving at least 60mph through our neighborhood....its a residential zone and the posted speed limit is 25mph...we have a problem with people that dont live there hauling ass through our neighborhood...there is quite often children rideing their bikes and skateboards around the neighborhood....if someone ever hits one of my children he wont have to worry about feeling bad....he will be shot before the police get there...i'll kill him before he can get out of his truck....yes i have already told my local sheriff that.....

QUOTE(fun4us94 @ Jan 27 2011, 10:27 PM) why is the shooter from the Tucson murders reffered to as an allegded shooter or alleged suspect???he is not allegded...the word allegded refers to the possibilty of doubt that he didnt commit the crimes...there is no doubt of this fact..he was caught during the act...i am a law abiding citizen and gun owner...he makes good gun owners look bad...unfortunalty the many are judged by the actions of the few...i think this guy should be handcuffed to a pole in town square and left there to starve to death on public display...in fact it should be aired on tv...its time to teach the bad guys a lesson fuck yeah i would smile if that happened to him as a criminal justice major i can tell you that the reason the "alleged" is in there is because our justice system relies on the notion that everyone is innocent until PROVEN guilty. Now there isn't much doubt he will be found guilty but until its official they have to refer to him as alleged

Not only that but they can cause a mistrial on the grounds of a biased jury that walked into the trial thinking he is guilty. If that happens the bad guy walks and no one wants that.

QUOTE(closeup @ Jan 27 2011, 11:00 PM) He hasn't been convicted. In this country the Constitution demands that you're considered innocent until proven guilty. it does provide that you are innocent until proven guilty...it also provides a jury of your peers which can only convict you if there is no shadow of doubt of your guilt...i do believe that in this case there is no shadow of doubt...the constitution was based on the fact that the guilty would be punished...in todays society they arent punished but are provided a life free of work and responibilties...all of which is paid for by working americans...its pathetic how soft the legal sytem has become

Remember, this is coming from a Canadian:
I personally feel that life would be better with more strict gun rules. Don't get me wrong, guns for hunting (which I don't like, but can tolerate) is fine. But owning a gun that you can carry around is nuts!
In Canada (at least Manitoba), rules are soooo strict. If you have a gun, it has to be for hunting or shooting range purposes. And in order to transport said gun, you have to go and get a specific license for that specific time. When the gun is not in use it has to be kept in a safe at home, and when transported in your car it has to kept in a safe there too.
I just feel overall more safe having guns be illegal to carry around. I realize that yes, most gun owners are responsible and wouldn't go around shooting people, BUT it still does raise the possibility having them so readily available.
A story from when I first moved down here:
My cousin, his gf, my little brothers (8 and 10), and I were driving home from a state fair at night. My cousin was driving, and accidentally cut someone off. He waved an apology but the guy went nuts, drove up beside us (on oncoming traffic) and forced him to pull over meanwhile screaming the whole time. He got out of the car screaming, swearing etc towards us. My cousin and his gf were quiet and not saying anything. So I got angry and yelled back him to leave us alone, and that there were little kids in the car etc etc. Finally he left, and I asked why they were so quiet during it. He went on to remind me that guns are legal in the US, and you never know who has one (we weren't in the best neighborhood) so to be careful who you yell at. I would NEVER have thought about that, or worried about that. So was just a surreal moment.
Anywho, thats my thoughts! Different culture, different beliefs! No offense intended. I may be biased as I've never held a gun, or even seen one other than on a cop.
Another note: I was at a bar one time, and there was a shooting that night with the guy beside me getting shot in the foot. I may also be biased that way as well >.<
I hope you all don't think lesser of me for this!

QUOTE(breal1 @ Jan 28 2011, 06:52 PM) I know I own lots of guns and i respect your opinion. I believe in the right to bare arms and I'm also a responsible gun owner. Very tough subject this day and age. Especially when people are shooting people for the hell of it. But for that same reason i carry one with me because IMO I have the right to protect myself against the gun yielding idiots. I hope people don't think less of me for my beliefs on this issue. Of course not! I respect people's right to carry them responsibly. It would just never be me, and I think I'd run away scared if I saw someone carrying one Then again i'm a huge wuss >.<
