There was a game in the 90’s called Leisure Suit Larry. The object of the game was to screw as many females as possible.

Yes! That's what I was thinking was meant by his name!

Ironically, I recall the game's main character, Leisure Suit Larry, being very unsuccessful with women. He tries to pick them up, but gets shot down every time. 😆
