Changing Profile Picture?, profile info

Also, when I go into member controls, personal photo...I have the one I want there but when I go into my profile it doesn't show up as a profile picture....?? believe it or not I'm normally not website illiterate....but it appears I am for this site ;-)

Sometimes a URL can drag on for three lines. Scroll down a little as you highlight the URL.
