I was in a discussion the other night with some friends and it seems that the time it takes for different people to get turned-on really varies. When I told a some of these girlfiends of mine and their husbands and boyfriendsthat I can get savagely horny within two or three seconds, they seemed genuinely surprised. Most of the gus said the same thing and agreed that threy could generate a boner almost immediately, but there were also a couple that said it takes some time and effort. THAT'S hard for me to imagine. Usually, just the mention of anything sexual gets me wet. It doesn't take any effort for me to want to get naked and dirty at all. I LOVE sex! But, I understand that there are lots of women who have all kinds of problems sexually. One of my friends is 29 years old and told me that she'd NEVER had an orgasm during any kind of sexual encounter with her husband or anyone else for that matter. I thought "how sad". Words can't describe how bad I felt for her. But that's a little off-topic...

Ok. I'll be the odd guy out here. MOST of the time I can get horny quick and jump right into it. Sometimes I lose interest though if Im horny and ready to get it on but the wife wants to soft kiss and rub and tickle... all that stuff kinda takes me out of the mood. If I got a full hard on... than that sucker wants to get at it!

However, on some occasions Im just not in the mood- im might be tired or a bit depressed or something,,, but sometimes my sex drive just drops because of my mood. The wife can see the signals by now and she knows just to wait until tomorrow.

On average we have sex 2-3 times a week. Sometimes more... but 2-3 is average.

Doesn't seem odd at all to me my husband can be the same way only difference is when I can tell he is not in a mood to have it he will still be willing to try and than it never works right cant stay hard what have you so I try to tell him NO when I can tell he is super tired or not in a good mood or whatever I rather have him when he is 100% .

I think you and your hubby are exact replicas of me and my hubby. I feel like I am reading about myself when I was reading all of your posts. We have an awesome relationship and a very healthy sex life. We are totally different than all of our friends. None of them seem to be attracted to each other the way me and the hubby are. The one thing that can get me everytime is when we are out in a public setting where we may be talking to differnet people and he undresses me with his eyes from across the room. I cannot get out of there fast enough to get on him. It usaully will be in the parking lot or will be stripping on the way home and giving a roady because it just lights off something inside of me. Besides that just read Diane's post and that sums me up.
