My hubby does Pilates, has done wonders for his bad back and flexibility!!!!!!
As for me, I've been doing Raq Sharkih for quite a few years now, and thats really good at keeping me supple and toned at the waist!
For those of you reading this and thinking 'what does she do????' You'll be very glad I'm sure to learn that Raq Sharkih is probably much better known as....... Belly Dancing!!!!
