 Locked Out Of My Account, Kitana

Hi, this is Kitana I have been locked out of my original account for awhile. recently opened another account under the name of Becca but somehow it got crossed with somebody else’s name If I search I can see both Kitana & Becca’s account I am in Becca’s account now it shows someone else’s show profile name @ email . Help!!
