I've never seen anything posted like this, so here's (holding glass of milk) to breaking new barriers! For an enhanced 3D appreciation for this page, I recommend one quarter cup of skim milk, warmed to room temp and just a little over one half a teaspoon of pure honey mixed thoroughly. Milk does a body good!
