is it maybe the password to use vision or to log on to AIM on your phone or something like that... or is it the very first thing you see and can't do anything to get past it? if it's the latter, you probably want to call sprint to have them figure it out for you... as far as that goes, they have an (800) number that's automated... when it says "what is your problem" just say "i want to speak to a real person" and it should kick you over to an operator instead of the computer
