Is there some minimum amount of votes before a pic can make the list? No biggy, just curious. The top 20 or so get listed. That way if someone just got 1 vote and it was a ten for the entire month they wont stay at the top of the list all the time --------------------

It won't be listed unless it gets at least 100 votes and the average of those 100 votes is in the top twenty.
