So, I'm a D... but I am a small D... more cleavage and bounce than anything else... or maybe they're just REALLY perky... anyway, I was to be more of a full D... like so many other women (who I'm sure are here as well), most women aren't 100% happy with their girls. I have the money to invest in some adjustments, but I'm completely terrified of ending up like what happened to Tara Reid.

Can anyone recommend a good, safe surgeon in the Vancouver area?

This may be a little late, but I think you should leave 'em just the way they are.  If you have some extra money lying around, you should invest in some video equipment so that we can properly evaluate the cleavage and bounce your lovely breasts have to offer.
