I think it can be hot but I must qualify that.
It can be hot cuz it makes everything extra wet and slippery, which definitely adds to any blowjob and for sure a handjob.
I think a lot of porn stars really go overboard in recent years in this department, but hey, that's what the porn industry does best. When they project it like they're spitting out a lugey, I'd say that is a bit much.
