Straight ethanol...ethyl alcohol.  Using normal distillation methods it is impossible to distill 200 proof or 100% ethanol.  200 proof is available for laboratory use but it takes a different type of separation procedure to get that last 5% of water out of the alcohol.  Like WNC said Everclear will make you crazy...

Trust me Gnappy, I know about Everclears mind numbing qualities... When I was a teenager we use to mix it with grapejuice concentrate. 1 can of concentrate + 2 cans of water + 1 can of Everclear. The thought of it makes me wretch
