Straight ethanol...ethyl alcohol.  Using normal distillation methods it is impossible to distill 200 proof or 100% ethanol.  200 proof is available for laboratory use but it takes a different type of separation procedure to get that last 5% of water out of the alcohol.  Like WNC said Everclear will make you crazy...

pssst...I think WNC was using hyperbole to emphasize Everclear's mind numbing qualities.
