"Usual Suspects"...reminds me of another great Kevin Spacey flick, "Pay It Forward".

For the youngsters on here, AMC showed a really good Burt Reynolds movie last night, "Sharkey's Machine".

The usual "Reynolds Rug Factor" (applies pre-1990 only), i.e., the less rug, the better the movie...

<<Midnight Express>>

Just bought the DVD. GREAT flick!

Another list:

--Goodfellas
--Casino
--The "original" "Planet of the Apes" movies
--Rocky....yes, Rocky!
--Red Dawn
--Knightriders

The last two are "dated" and have a "cheesy" factor...which makes them even better!

And for my favorite, all-time "movie-that-takes-itself/its message-too-seriously" movie:
--Billy Jack

Favorite movie of questionable quality but enjoyable:
--The "original" Walking Tall

In no particular order:

Trading Places
Casablanca
Field of Dreams
Dogma
White Men Can't Jump
Empire Strikes Back
Ocean's 11
Dazed and Confused
Die Hard
Eddie Murphy: Delirious

I'd just like to give honorable mention to the folowing films that didn't make this incarnation of "The Top Ten": Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Finding Neverland, The Fifth Element, Enter the Dragon, Mallrats, The Maltese Falcon, When Harry Met Sally and Crouching Tiger Hiden Dragon - you gave it a good run.
