RMM Message Board _ Shoot The Breeze _ Barak Or John

Posted by: valoish Aug 29 2008, 09:21 PM

I'm Canadian but would like to see who our US members are thinking of voting for coz.gif

Posted by: frankylee22 Aug 30 2008, 07:10 PM

Wow, this could get ugly. Not that I completely support Obama, but he's getting my vote. I didn't want Bush the first time or the second time, so why would I want a 3rd Bush term?

You should have established some guide lines for this.
Like this:
1. No personal attacks
2. No personal attacks
3. No personal attacks
4. If possible explain your reason
5. Please only vote once

Remember everyone is entitled to their opinion and one might learn something from the other.

Yes agreed, this can get ugly.

McCain... Why short and simple, I cringe under the idea of a socialist agenda.

I really don't trust him, plus McCain has better looking wife and VP!!!! biggrin.gif

Posted by: ddd35 Aug 31 2008, 08:41 AM

Undecided , I fear barak will have a demise such as the kennedy family did (shot ) but his agenda is not that far off , his running mate has some good ideas but he voted for the war , but Barak is from my state so ????

John picked a sexy inexperienced lady as a running mate to gain votes , that scares me , if she had more experience I d support him without question , but she only been in for 2 yrs ..hes very conservative and like most republicans which I am he will take kick backs from big oil and as a corn producer I want more Ethenal So ????

My decsion is yet to come .. coco.gif

Im going for Obama this round. Just because Republican agendas have been so non American friendly this past time. Democrats need a shot. They couldnt do any worse IMO. Im feeling Obama's game of change. Going to the beach now to stare at Daytona titties I will elaborate on my choices Later on biggrin.gif

Do any of you worry about McCain, having had 4 bouts with cancer and 71 years old, dying while in office, leaving his fairly inexperiened VP to be your president?

That's a very good point. Don't get me wrong, McCain is a true patriot. The guy served his country and refused to give in to his captors in Vietnam, you can't question his dedication to the U.S. But I just don't like the way he changed his stance on issues just to appeal to the fanatical religious voters who will unfortunately decide the election. It was smart of him to pick a woman as V.P. to steal votes that would have gone to Hillary, though.

At either rate, at least the U.S. will join the rest of the world by either electing a black man president or a woman V.P. Those are two things I never thought I'd see.

Now I need to see some boobs.

This as still not happened yet in Canada..... well Kim Campbell was PM for a short while...but she never got elected.... she moved into the seat when Brian Mulroney left politic world!

Posted by: ddd35 Sep 4 2008, 07:31 PM

Well palin had her whole family out on stage at the covention .. I can see why her daughter got knocked up , WOW that girl has some Knockers ,,maybe in another yr we can get her here ....

Im thinking of writing in Edwards he now has a girlfriend of which had his child , so he should be a close match for Clinton and his aid that was just sucking his crank , but he convinced congress that really isnt sex ..So im guessin Edwards could convince them that this women got pregnant from his spunk that he left on a toilet seat as he was wanking off to the women of RMM ... tongue.gif

Posted by: COMEDYMAN Sep 6 2008, 06:12 AM

I was noticing That too about Palins daughter biggrin.gif I might contact the MCCain crew and see if she will be willing to post LOL. Will have to talk to freak and see if he will let start contacting some famous people to put their boobs up for vote biggrin.gif

It would be cool tho if RMM was involved in a political whack off scandal biggrin.gif
Freak would prolly have a shit hemorrhage if RMM was mentioned on CNN.

There would be 500 requests for pics to be taken down I'm sure lol biggrin.gif

But then there would 5000 more new boob posters trying to get their tits in the public eye wink.gif

McCain needed this jolt in his campaign to get folks talking about him again. A female Vice Prez with a daughter who's preggers. I mean come on the buzz for that is worth its weight in gold. But then again Walter Mondale had the same hopes with a female vice prez.

Because what does McCain have going for him? Old white guy. POW. That's it. Obama is a hip black dude that is talking change from the norm.
Who knows if he is serious about it but at least he is shoveling it to the voting public. I foresee the largest ever young person ( 18-25 ) voter turnout in this election just for the appearance that Obama has shot up a political high five to that demographic and challenged them to not leave him hanging, yo.

What is funny is the web and politics now. 2000 The web was still kinda new politically... not utilized much. 2004 A little more mainstream in its usage but in a textual sense. This election You have Google Youtube Myspace Facebook all playing a part in getting messages and anti-messages out there. Just do a google search for "Obama facts" and "Mccain facts" and look at the results biggrin.gif

Great Time article on the issue of abortion and the canadates from the Rick Warren thing. Theres also video of it all on the Tube as well biggrin.gif

COngratulations to all the people of the USA. I hope this gives you the change you have obviously voted for.

I hope your choice works out for you and I pray that the US does not slide to far towards socialism. As a Canadian I can say that socialism blows - it rewards the lazy people and punishes the people who try to get ahead. As for socialized medicine - it is not 'free', and you are lucky if you can get a doctor most of the time. The average Canadian pays around $10,000.00 in income tax that goes towards health services- you can buy better coverage for less in the US and actually have a doctor. If you are willing to work.

Enough of my tear - Congrats and I hope you picked a winner.

Now that Obama has won, I'd like to see http://afp.google.com/article/ALeqM5giFdFJduw8Q1ZMf-zSBs_Mcf6eRQ on RMM 'cause she's sizzling hot!. 2thumbs.gif

I guess personal character went out the window on this one....I really believe its not what we can do for the country but some have the mindset me first, country second. We will now find out in time how radical the man really is. I hope dear god I am wrong!

Posted by: Goonie2 Nov 5 2008, 07:23 PM

Let's hope he's appointment will lead to British & US troops coming home sooner rather than later

Posted by: rdmoscow1808 Nov 5 2008, 09:23 PM

Amen for that.

Don't worry, you are wrong.

You probably formed all of your opinions of him based on the lies you heard on FOX News and read on the internet, so now you will actually see that he is a decent person who really does want to change the country for the better. This vote was entirely about putting country first and restoring some dignity back to the U.S.

Posted by: rdmoscow1808 Nov 6 2008, 10:37 AM

Facts frankylee facts. The mainstream press chooses to ignore and investigate his background but would rather slam palin, hr clothes, mcains health, or any other insequential dreamup to draw attention from the issue. Nobody knows the real obama. Sorry f/l just rambling.

I'm not quite sure we are talking about the same election. Because McCain and Palin were the ones trying to distract everyone from the real issues, while Obama stuck to the true issues affecting America, not Bill Ayers or Reverend Wright, or any of the other Republican tactics and talking points. McCain is a great American, it's just too bad he picked an illiterate idiot for a running mate, otherwise he could have won.

Frankylee, you just amplified my last remark about the media investigating for the truth. Wasnt it Obama that in his rhetoric (sp) he constantly deferred to the Bush years to distract from the issues!!

Let me say this. First off, I am extremely excited that there is a change. 24 years of bushes and clintons is enough. But was this the best that both parties could contribute. I say NO. And if they think it is, then I believe we are in deep doo doo. But it was the mainstream press that got obama elected, not he. He has no political accomplishments, least experienced, it is like pulling a nurse off the floor and telling her to preform brain surgery, and we are the brain!!

I will continue to support our country and our president. Lets hope he puts smart people around him that can contain their prejudices and bias's to place our country back to some form of normalcy. Later RD
