glad you enjoyed the cruise. that was pretty much the route we took when we took our first cruise with Carnival. started off in Florida, then to Grand Cayman, Cozumel, and finally Baton Rouge before heading back to home port. thing i remember about Cozumel were the white sand beaches, the main road after the port which was like a outlet mall strip, and a bar called Carlos and Charlie's. did a second one last year through the Eastern Caribbean too. food-smiley-004.gif

for one, i would suggest skipping the island of Dominica. the natives were way too pushy and such the moment you stepped off the port. we couldn't even walk around 15min without being hassled every minute. Barbados was cool; went on the Malibu Rum tour, sampled some, and sunbathed until the end of the tour. would've done a pirate tour (the islands were used for the Pirates of the Caribbean movies) but it was cancelled for some reason. tour of Antigua was fun.

also, after just walking around during the Western Caribbean and doing a couple of tours, i'd suggest taking the tours you feel you'd enjoy. next time, i'm going to make sure i have enough cash to pay for a few tours over the course of the port stops. grinning-smiley-003.gif
